Common-Drain MOSFET – PKE24DB
PKE24DB is a Back-to-Back connected N-MOSFETs in Common-Drain configuration. Comparing to discrete MOSFET, it greatly reduces the size and is more suitable for battery management system.
When it applies on battery management system as a bidirectional power switch, it could be on-state in both sides to give a path for electric current or it could be off-state in both sides to block the electric current. That is to say this could be a linked switch.
